UPS & Generator

I need a UPS that will work with a house generator. The current APC we have has problems every time the house generator kicks on. We have a quad core PC we'd like to connect to the APC as well as the DSL modem/router.

I'd look to something in the higher end, especially if that power supply is power factor corrected. A smart-ups such as the SUA1500 would be a good idea. These systems are typically recommended for server applications, but suit high end systems perfectly. A link to one is below. Every outlet is a battery outlet, so you'd also need a seperate surge protector for you other devices that you don't want to wear out the battery.

It's a liquid cooled with 10a 115V power supply. It will have a 21" LCD monitor, router, and DSL modem attached (on battery). Also would like on it (as surge) would be a laserjer printer, external hard drive and speakers.

Any idea what the power draw on the load will be? The power supply in the computer will allow us to estimate. Also will anything else be attached? Monitor, modem, ect.
