Hi,
I have the Back-UPS ES 350G. I have seen the power go out twice since I hooked this up, in each case this UPS did not stay uninterruptible & went out with the power too.
I know how this is supposed to work and the reason I bought it - when the power goes out I am not supposed to see my PC shut down with it. In both cases I had something important I was involved with - it was very frustrating to see that go out with the power instead of giving me the proper time to properly shut my PC down while on battery power. I looked over the paperwork I got with it - I can not see anything I missed - but you know human nature means I may be missing something.
Any help would be greatly appreciated - if this unit doesn't work like I thought it should (stay on during outages) then it will be going back for another product.
