My bx1100li-ms flashing replace battery led (red) and constant tone alarm when after i turn on about 20s, ups plug to ac outlet but when i unplug ac outlet or replug battery it working fine, with no load. I was check status indicators in user manual but i wasn't seen error code like that. I need some help. Sr, my English not good. Thanks a lot.

You’ll probably find replacing the battery with an approved SLA battery will correct the problem.
These cheap lithium batteries do not provide enough current vs a SLA. You will also find out once the battery is drained the UPS won’t turn on or won’t charge the battery! ☝️
As the internal BCM will be in protection mode. Lastly, the charge / float voltage from the UPS is not designed for this specific battery chemistry.
One day you’re going to wake up to a house fire. 🤦♂️☹️

Based on the information and video provided you need to replace the battery as a first step.
What kind / brand is this green battery?!? I hope it’s not one of those cheap Lithium batteries??

What happens if you use the Cyberpower battery inside the APC UPS?!?
You also didn’t answer my question relating to the type of battery chemistry in the video.
Is that battery a standard SLA or other like a lithium based cell?!?

It is a lithium cell battery. Cyberpower battery die so i can't try with apc ups
