The server shutdown unexpectedly after installation PowerChute network shutdown.

Hello 
I have a UPS SMART UPS 1500 with NMC card. PowerChute Network Shutdown is installed on 3 servers and everything works very well. The 4th server is a Dell R740 hypervisor with 4 VMs on Hyper-V. After installing the Powerchute Network Shutdown on hypervizor, the server shuts down unexpectedly for no reason at various times (two times in a day). When I uninstall PowerChute everything is OK. Do you have any ideas what could be the cause?
