Hello, can anybody suggest what problem it could be with a brand new power module that came with new UPS. The symmentra LX would not go online, it stays in 'On battery ' mode only even though it has power input voltage displayed on powerview. UPS can take load, but only in ' On Battery ' mode. After removing one power module which we suspect to be defective from bay, the UPS operated normally On Line. With this power module connected, the symmentra LX neither show any fault nor goes on line mode. Can any body suggest anything on this issue? Thanks

Hello,
You will need to provide us with the raw status data from the NMC for all power modules including the suspected faulty one and NMC snapshots for all power modules installed to confirm if the power module is faulty or it is not detected by IMs probably due to PMC issue
Regards,
Karim
