I have an 11-year-old APC BR1000G-IN UPS that needs its third battery replacement. The unit still works, but it has minor issues like non-functional buttons (except for the power button) and a flickering display LED. I'm considering getting a new UPS and looking at two models: BX1100C-IN and BX1100I-IN. The BX1100I-IN model is set to release this month. What are the differences between these two models?

For BX1100I-IN to be much different from above it needs to be significantly costlier & maybe come with usb port for data connectivity.

This is for BX1100I-IN model:
1: Noisy fan runs when output load varies. I mean if you open new app or browser CPU utilization increases for few seconds hence CPU will draw little bit(50W) more power for few seconds, APC fan starts running for 2-5 seconds and stops which is annoying and disturbing.
Note: Fan is not running during backup battery mode. Also fan is not running while charging.
2: Four times beep sound comes every 30 seconds while in battery mode, if you mute beeping. you also miss low battery alarm and computer will turn off without notification when battery will go low. Means practically you can not mute the beep during battery mode.
3: APC service and support sucks in Bangalore area. under graduate young kids are employed they don't even hold screw driver properly forget about any technical knowledge.
