I ran the Powerchute and it is saying everything is normal...well obviously it is not b/c the backup battery is still beeping every 15-20 minutes.
It is still cycling from online to battery. Is there something else I can try or do??

You can download the software from the link below. Choose the top pull down menu and select "Powerchute Personal Edition." Select the latest version for your OS.

The serial number of the unit may depend on whether this function is built in or not. Could you please grab that for me off the back or bottom of the unit off the white sticker.
Thanks!

There would be the problem... I apologize, but the sensitivity setting is not built into the firmware of the unit. In that case, there are no UPS side adjustments we can make in order for the UPS to account for small power fluctuations. I may suggest, if it is possible, trying to plug the unit into another outlet or circuit. It is possible your problem is isolated to that outlet or circuit.
If it's something that is consistently an issue, my next suggestion would be to contact our sales support about our trade-ups program at 800-890-4272. That way you could get a discounted price on a new unit by trading in your old one. A new unit, like a BR500, would have this functionality built in and hopefully remedy your issue.
