Hi, I recently purchased BX950MI-GR and I tried to monitor it through PowerChute Serial Shutdown WebUI.
But I cannot see some of its properties like output voltage, temp.
Is this just normal for this model? or is this UPS having some issues?
And also, the UPS is providing power to my server but just showing 0 of load.
I saw some discourses that saying when it's at low loading, it may hard to display exact amount of load, but could it be zero?
Appreciate any advice, thanks.

What computer operating system are you using? Did you download the correct software version for the system? Have you tried Power Chute Personal Edition to see if there is a difference from the Serial version?
As it relates to a (Minimum Load) that information is called out in the UPS specifications data sheet.
Let me know what you see using Power Chute Personal Edition (PSPE).
NOTE: Insure you see the software application is installing the USB drivers during its roll out. Also, try other supported web browsers to see if there is a difference.

PowerChute will only report what the UPS reports to it. In this case, the UPS is not reporting the output voltage or the UPS temp, so PowerChute does not record it in the log.
You can verify this by stopping the PowerChute service and running HWinFO64 (freeware). Go to Sensors and scroll down to UPS.
You should see the input voltage and the load but no output voltage or UPS internal temp.
To stop the PowerChute service, open a command prompt as an administrator and enter the command net stop apcpbeagent. To restart the service, enter net start apcpbeagent.
