Software for Back-UPS ES350C

Can anyone direct me to the original PowerChute software for a Back-UPS ES350C? The current version of PowerChute Personal Edition will not support the serial connection of a ES350C only the newer USB models. Thanks.

hmm i am not sure that that is the right model number of cable. can you confirm? From what you are saying, it is BE350C. this will be on the back or bottom with the serial number.

the BE350C comes packaged with 940-0128A which is turquoise on one end. It is serial to RJ45.

i believe you are going to need to use powerchute plus:

make sure that you have the proper serial cable, i dont think its stamped on the cable but it should be black in color. it is 940-0085A just incase you need it. a standard serial cable could cause the UPS to shutdown unexpectedly. also, this uses simple signaling.

Thanks for the software link, it downloaded and installed perfectly. Unfortunately I don't think I have the right cable.

are you seeing any status info? or maybe not and thats why you think you need a different cable?

It did not automatically discover the unit and status info is not reported.

There is a 940-0119A available on ebay.
