I have 7 SMC 1500C Smart-UPS's that have expired for SmartConnect monitoring. I'd like to resubscribe all of these in my home network but keep running into problems trying to purchase / renew the SmartConnect monitoring.
Help!

If the portal will not allow you to renew the subscription. I suggest you contact the APC Smart Connect support team:

Let me know how it all turns out and what the problem was on the portal.
