Hi folks,
I have just gotten a new Schneider SRVS1KI (identical with APC SRV1KI). It works well so far and keeps my system for a decent duration but one thing got my attention: Battery Current is always shown as zero at the monitoring software. I did a full battery discharge test and nothing went wrong.
Why it is shown as zero, any ideas? And could the product (or only the battery inside) be defective? Should I send it to the repair center?

Is the value 0 as well when you unplug the UPS and let it run on battery?
