You’ll need to provide a lot more information for an informed reply. Please upload a screen capture of the About Tab for both NMC / UPS.
Provide the full logs for the following: Event, Data, UPS
Provide a photo of the battery cartridge serial number and answer the following questions:
Is the battery cartridge (RBC) currently in use the original? If not, how many battery cartridges have been changed over what period?
Show me the battery installation date via NMC. When was the last time you completed a Battery Calibration?!?
