Can't add SMC1500C to portal
I have a SMC1500C that I added to the Schneider Electric APC portal. However, it is not appearing on the portal. When I attempt to add it again, it says that I have already added it, which is quite consistent but doesn't help. How do I make the device appear in the portal? I would like to link the Advanced support contract to my UPS, but I can't. Thanks for any advice.
