I tried to upgrade Smart-UPS 3000 (SMT3000RMI2U) ID18 by serial cable from version 6.5 to 15.1.
FUW found UPS, transfer image and waiting for upgrade finish. After half of hour the UPS still says on their display "Upgrade in progress" with last 3 LEDs were steady on. After power cycle UPS is death.
Is there some recovery issue, some bootloader firmware or other way to fix it? Or reprogram flash memory?
Btw other same type UPS was upgraded from 9.2 to 15.1 and all was ok.
Thank you
Tom
