Hi,
2 weeks ago we saw a warning to exchange the batteries of our USV. Due to the holidays nothing was done and today we had 2 shut-offs of the USV.
Do you find this behaviour a standard? Is it enough to change batteries or may there be as well a problem with the USV itself?
Thanks
Eric

Hi Eric,
If the UPS is reporting replace battery, it may be that the battery capacity is so low at this point that even a self-test or attempt to battery transfer could result in the unit turning off. I recommend turning the unit back on and reviewing the entries in the LCD menu > Logs section to see if they contain any other alerts apart from Replace Battery, and if that checks out fine, replacing the batteries as soon as possible.
