In web dashboard, it said UPS firmware is out dated, so I executed firmware upgrade, and it completed successfully.
However, after that, the Self-Test becomes disabled and I can't run any diagnostics!
It says, as in the screenshot below, that SmartConnect access is disabled on UPS, and asks me to enable it from device LCD screen, which I can't see it possible for this model.

Firmware: v 04.1
Old firmware: I'm not so sure, but I think it was v03.2
