I have APC Back-UPS Pro 550 for some time and at some point I figure out that the remaining time on battery was like 2-3min while the battery was full and load was at 30-40%. I was thinking that the battery was dead and bought a new official one. I replace it, plug everything back and assume it was working fine and let it for some time. But then I figure out after a power cut that everything was shutdown within a few seconds, one minute top. I then checked the UPS and remaining time was again at 2-3min with full battery (as indicated) and less than 50% load. The UPS doesn't give any error or anything, it's like normal but backup autonomy is at least 10 times lower than it should be.

I then read that I might have let the battery charging without load for a day. So I did unplug everything, let the UPS on without anything plug on it and then plug everything back, but it made absolutely no difference.

What can I try next?
