SURTA1500XL service or repair manual and board schematic

Dear all, I have this UPS at home, I use it to power equipment in my home office and it serves me very well. It's been with me for 6 years and the last battery change was 4 months ago.

Two days ago he simply turned off the output and turned on the LED that indicates an internal failure. The ethernet communication continues to work, the fans do the same, but the output has no voltage at all.

In the web interface, the log records an internal failure.

I am an electronics technician, but I have no experience with UPS repairs. I need the service/repair manual and the schematic for the electronic boards, as I will repair it myself.

I've already searched the internet and couldn't find this specific model, could anyone tell me where I can find it? Or could you send it to me?

I do not expect direct cooperation from the manufacturer, as their policy has always been to make repairs as difficult as possible for end users, in order to try to sell new equipment. This policy is regrettable, but unfortunately that is how it is.

I know that authorized technical assistance centers have these service manuals and diagrams, so if anyone here has them and could kindly provide them to me, I would be eternally grateful.

Unfortunately there is no schematic or service/repair manual at this link.

I searched over the weekend and could not locate the schematic. ☹️ I sent an email to a friend that may have a copy and if he does.
