[SUPPORT] BZ400BI-BR - APC Back-UPS 400VA, 115V/220V

Olá, estou aqui para tirar uma duvida.

Tenho um APC Back-UPS 400VA, 115V/220V. Até ai tudo bem.

O problema é que desde o dia 08 ou 09 de Julho ele quando liga dá 5 apitos e continua durante uns 8 a 10 segundos. Porém logo depois ele ligava normalmente.
Hoje (11/07/2015) ele começou a apitar sozinho por volta das 08h (AM) e até agora no momento que estou enviando essa mensagem não parou nenhum segundo.
Já tentei desligar, tirar da tomada e mesmo assim continua um apito sem fim.
Gostaria de saber o que está acontencendo.

That's an odd one. It appears to be a model exclusively for sale in Brazil. You will probably get a better response by contacting APC in Brazil directly. You can find the contact information here - the phone numbers for technical support are 0800 728 9110 / (11)4501-3434.

On the back of the unit will be a barcode sticker. It will have the model number (SU....) and serial number (xxyynnnnnnnn). Please post both of those here (feel free to X out the last few digits of the serial number if you like). That will let people determine the exact model of your UPS and its production date.

If the UPS front panel has a display with some LEDs and not just an on/off switch, unplugging it from the AC mains and pressing and holding the Off (0) button should cause the UPS to completely shut down ("dead mode") after a few seconds. That will stop the beeping, but of course the equipment connected to it will no longer receive power.
