SU3000RMNET software and manual needed

I picked up a used SU3000RMNET but it did not come with the software disk or user manual. Can anyone help me acquire these? I checked Ebay but none listed. Thanks

are you just using the serial cable with it or are you using a network management card accessory? if just the serial cable, you can download the latest version of powerchute business edition from the apc.com website. if you are using an APC network management card with it, you can use PowerChute Network Shutdown. Both are available here when you filter by software/firmware-> http://www.apc.com/tools/download/index.cfm
