SHOCK HAZARDS

hello friends,
i have got new APC back-ups rs . but when it is supplied AC, it is giving mild shock which i can feel over my cpu cabinet. all earthing connections r ok . still this problem is just threatening me about the other components of the system.
somebody please help me..

I am not sure how power and wires is configured in your country. But to help you out, does it happen as well if the UPS is running on battery? I suggest that you contact the APC Tech Support for your region.
