Hi all.
My client has replaced batteries, but the battery replacement date for the internal and external batteries will not update.
The units are SRT3000XLI manufactured 2015/2019.
Both has the same issue.
configuration->Battery->internal date-> change date (All RBC)
I there any specific procedure other than the above. Does the unit require a firmware upgrade

Starting with the main UPS disconnect the battery cartridge and wait for the unit to declare a fault. Wait another 30 seconds and reconnect the cartridge.
The system should prompt you to confirm this is a (New) battery cartridge select YES and enter the month and year than OK / Save.
Confirm the new month and date is present on the (Main) UPS! βοΈ
If it is you can do the same for the extended battery packs. You must wait for the system to declare a fault (missing battery) than wait 30-60 seconds before reconnecting the battery terminals.
This is a lot easier via the NMC if present. π
Once the battery dates have been updated reboot the UPS. Next, complete a Self Test of the system. Lastly initiate a battery calibration to insure the system knows the correct operational runtime.
