Resetting Surge protection on my ES 350
Hi. First time poster. I live in Maryland and work in the wine industry. This question regards my home PC setup. We experienced a power surge last night due to a downed tree at a substation. It does not appear that I can reset the surge protection on my ES 350: the reset button just feel loose when I push it in. Any experience out there on this issue?

Hi,
I would like to know if there are any other issue(s) that you are experiencing from your UPS aside from the "loose" circuit breaker button. Can you tell us more about what exactly happened on your end/UPS? Did the breaker popped out for more than an inch or was it on it's usual length? Do you feel that there is some kind of a spring inside?
