Replacement Batteries Cartridges # (number)

I can see that the same replacement battery cartridge is used for a Smart-UPS, as well as a Back-UPS, for example RBC2 which is used in the back-UPS model BK280B, and in the Smart-UPS model SU420NET.Since I just started studying about these replacement battery cartridges, do I expect to see every RBC # used for both Back-UPS and Smart-UPS models, or it just occurs for RBC2?
