Internal Fault diagnostics & reporting

Is there anybody who can give me a guide or a white paper regarding internal fault diagnostics and reporting especially in SURT units?

I will be more than happy to speak with you via email regarding this, however, I want to set the precedence publically that the schematics are proprietary as per the information in our Knowledge Base. I can tell you the setup of the fault codes and what they mean, HOWEVER, cannot provide any information on repairing them.

Was the RT the UPS in question in your other post in which I said that it was only going to be looked at by engineering?


Since the RT is a completely different breed, I will check with a few people, if you would like to discuss what faults MAY occur with the UPS and their codes, we can discuss that offline.

Hi there,

Yes, it was the same question I posted. If you can give me your email add I can discuss it with you offline regarding the fault error and diagnostic report. We have alot of 2KVA RT UPSs here in our warehouse and we really need to have it fix here in our workshop if possible. We just need to have the proper documentation, PCB schematic diagram, white paper for the diagnostic and fault reporting as other defective UPSs are out of warranty already.
