Now that I have replaced the batteries on my BR1300LCD (XS1300), do I need to perform any sort of reset or calibration procedure?

If your UPS doesn't show any indicator that there is a disconnected/replace battery and it provides the same runtime as before there's no need for you to perform a calibration.
