I am fairly new to APC products, I have a UPS (Model#:SRT3000XLW-IEC) and a transformer (Model#:SURT001). My transformer is giving off an error that states to "Replace all RBC(s)". We got this UPS brand new with our current machine back in May 2017. I am looking to see if there is other resolutions to try before we have to get replacement RBC(s) being that the UPS has only been in use since may? Any information would be much appreciated.
