Hi all!
I just bought a brand new "BX1400U-GR" and I am happy with it.
The issue is that when I plug the Ethernet cable through the ups, I don't have Internet connection to my pc
The connection is: Phone line cable-->Modem-->Network switch-->APC UPS-->PC
Modem: Speedport W724V Type ci
Switch: Level One GSW-0507
Any ideas??
Thanks in advance!

Thanks for your answer Bill.
Hm I see.
I forgot that the Ethernet plug could fit so easily (by mine mistake) in RJ11 socket![]()

Hi,
That model does not provide ethernet surge protection. It offers RJ11 Modem/Fax protection. The phone line should be plugged into the UPS and then out to the model. The configuration should Phone line - UPS - Modem - Network - PC.
