Replace all RBCs
I have a UPS (Model №: SRT5KRMXLI). UPS is giving off an error that states to "Replace all RBC(s)". We got this UPS brand new in June 2021. I am looking to see if there is other solutions to try before we have to get replacement RBC(s) being that the UPS has only been in use since Summer 2021? Any information would be much appreciated.

Hi,
If the UPS has previously worked fine and has only recently started displaying the Replace All RBC(s) alert, then chances are the RBC modules do require replacement.
The typical service life of an APC RBC is 3-5 years, but factors such as storage conditions prior to installation, operating temperature, average frequency and depth of discharges, and input power quality will affect the battery service life.
