Remote UPS cannot connect VIA https but can connect VIA SSH

Hello.

This is my 1st post.

We have 3 that I can no longer connect via https, and only over ssh.

I would like to get them serviced but I need to know how many batteries are in this model.

We have several of these in a remote office:

Can you access the NMC via HTTP?!? If the answer is (Yes) than you need to update the NMC firmware to the latest release for your model.

Once the NMC has been updated login and go to: Configuration -> Network -> Web -> SSL Certificate. Select Remove and follow the prompt to reboot the NMC.

Once the NMC has been rebooted, login using HTTPS. The NMC will create a Self Signed Certificate with a ten year expiration date.

Let me know . . .  đź‘Ť

NOTE: You may try the same procedure without updating the NMC firmware. But, it won’t have the latest encryption cyphers.

Lastly, if the certificates are from a third party CA you’ll need to generate new certificates.
