I am using Back-UPS BX1100C-IN. My problem is that while I turn off the Ups, while pressing the power button it shows red light most of the time. What is the problem? Also charging light remains only for 5 to 10mins. Don't know whether its charging properly or not. And what type of battery is used in BX1100C-IN UPS.
