We have an RS1000 that we think is running a test cycle every 7 days. The problem is that the UPS is powering our switches for the network, and when it shuts down, even briefly, it causes the switches to go dumb and we lose connectivity.
Where can I find out how to check for configuration of the test cycle, or where can I find info on the default test cycle?

Good day Matt,
Our UPS performs a self-test every 2 weeks from the time it was turned on or has ran a self-test. The Back-UPS product line is configured like this and there is no way to change the said period. Does the UPS drop/turn off the load during this cycle? Have you tried performing a self-test on the UPS without any load? By any chance do you have a spare battery for this UPS?
