I have RS 1500 model 230v, if it is on utility power its OK, i mean output voltage same as input 224v ~ 230v 50hz
but when on battery its output voltage 164v ~ 168v 60hz

how are you measuring this? with a true RMS voltmeter?
i think you are seeing this issue as explained with 120v systems here in North America except you are seeing it with 230v input.

correct, you may run into an issue with those motor type loads and this type of sinewave output. you'd need something with a pure sinewave for those motor loads.
