Hi there,

I‘m having trouble with two older CS 650 (BK650EI).

From time to time the first one reports a disconnected battery. Replacing the battery didn’t help. I also checked the battery connectors which are okay.

The second UPS powered off the computer without shutting it down. The “On Battery” LED is lit for hours, pressing the front button shows no reaction.

Anybody here with a helpful hint for me or did my devices turn into electronic waste?
