Hooked up two APC SML3000RML UPS last week and let them charge up. They charged up fine but when I turned them on Friday they both give the four beeps every 30 seconds indicating an issue with the incoming power source.
Tried messing around with UPS interface itself to see if there was anything obvious (no) but it does show incoming load @ 0.
To make things more interesting the boxes they came in (which also had the CDs with the software) got thrown away. I wanted to see if there was something I could do through PowerChute(?) to get the UPS online normally.
Trying to find this software for download hasn't been as easy as I hoped and I would welcome suggestions.
Thanks.

Hi,
If you click on the Support tab above you can select Software/Firmware Downloads. There you can download PowerChute.
BTW: you should verify the model of UPS. I was unable to find an technical specification on a SML3000. We do have SMT3000 and SMX3000.
