Back-UPS 400 BE400-GR, no power when plugged into wall.
Ok, so i have this problem:
1. Power on the ups, connect it in the power outlet, green led ON
-Insert anything (phone charger, tv, monitor,pc) on the battery power slots, the devices does not get any power.
-Pull out the UPS from the WALL, the ups enters in the battery mode and the devices gets power.
Scenario 2:
Power off the ups,
attach devices to battery power slots, connect the apc to the power outlet, NOW power on the ups, the devices start and after 5-10 seconds a clicking noise is heard and the power is cut to the devices. If i unplug from the wall, the ups restores power to the devices.
During the tests the devices i tested was a phone charger, a tv, monitor, a pc, one at a time.
Tested different power outlets, same result! Surge only sockets are working ok!
Do the ups needs to be fully charged untill it gives power to the battery backed sockets?
