Greetings!
I like to ask for assistance to understand why the Events Log does not show anything despite notifications and logs turned on.
For context, below are the following details.
Equipment: APC Back-UPS BX2200MI
Computer: Win 10 Home 2H22
Event Configuration:
Event Log Settings:
Event Logs are not recorded in the Agent Web interface.
However, the APCBEAgent is properly recording in Windows Event Log:
I cannot figure out why the Powerchute Agent does not record in the interface web browser.
Thank you for your help, and look forward to your advice.
Best wishes,
Herman
