The link provided here points to a LINUX OS software package.. it does NOT point to Windows 7 OS.

More support is needed. To include *64 bit Windows* operating systems.

AFTER spending nearly an hour on the phone.. i was given instructions to search for PCPE in the search window at the top right of the page.

It took me here:

Where i was FINALLY able to download the software. i have yet to install it, so i do not know whether or not it is compatible with the 64 bit version of windows 7
i looked on the compatibility chart for the software, and while it shows AMD64 on it... i reminded the tech that i was on the phone with that an AMD 64 does not necessarily denote a 64 bit OS. He agreed.

i hope this makes for a home user to knowing what he's doing and a bit more than what APC's techs seem to think they know.
