OVERLOAD LIGHT AND SIREN STILL ON AFTER RESET AND CONNECT. ARE THERE ANY OTHER REMEDIES TO CURE THIS SITUATION?

The Overload LED will come on whenever the connected equipment exceeds the UPS rated capacity. If possible, could you please check if the Overload light comes on with nothing load attached? If the Overload light does not come on without load, then attach the equipment one by one and see if any one of the connected equipment causes the Overload situation.

you'd also want to let us know if there are any other LEDs that come on at this time and if the overload LED is solid or flashing.
