When will PowerChute Serial Shutdown v1.2 be available to download? Numerous PDF documentation files are available, but the software itself is not linked on the web site:

Thanks for that!
Boy, it's hard to find. It's not directly linked on the page I gave, and I tried multiple other ways to find it, all leading to that page. The only way to get to yours I found was one I hadn't tried, which goes like this, starting at the home page:
Then click on "Support", and from the list that drops down, click on "Product Documents & Software". I had tried clicking on "Software and Firmware" just beneath it, but that's a dead end. However, clicking on "Product Documents & Software" takes me to a page with a bunch of links I hadn't seen before, including "Software & Firmware". THAT one takes me to the 1.2 download you linked. I hope they realize how obscure they're making this download.

Absolutely 100% agree the APC Website is complete garbage. π Who ever pretends to maintain the website should be fired.
