First time poster, hoping you guys can help me out.
We have several Back Ups Pro 1500 units in our office. Over the weekend, we lost power to the office. When we arrived on Monday, the units were both making a constant beep sound and were not powering any of their respective loads connected to them. We reset the UPS's and they began to supply power to their respective loads, now that the utility power is restored. Both units now display an empty, flashing battery meter, as shown in this photo: https://imgur.com/kVFeOE1.
Is there a way to restore these units to working order? The other UPS units were able to power their respective loads, it's just these two that seem to have failed.

Hi Bill , how much time has the batteries? try to change batteries with another 1500 that you have there and check if they do the same, and check if the UPS charge that batteries, probably it is only the battery.
regards,
