Power Cord

I just buy APC Back-UPS ES 500v, From avision technology. I check and found out they only provide me universal cord without local cord(malaysia). When I tell them, firstly they agreed with me that the power cord is wrong and they said will give me answer asap. After few day, they said it is correct that apc not provide the local cord and send one of their staff to teach me how to use without local cord. The staff came and install the UPS for me and use my computer power cord and put aside universal code. When I ask him, how to charge the power without local cord. He ask to me to use my own local cord.

I just want to ask that is it true that when I buy APC model that APC only provide me Universal Cord without local cord?

what is the exact model of UPS from the little white sticker on the unit? we can look up what the unit ships with for you to verify.
