Please Help ! :( APC SUA1500VA problem !

Hello ! I have a problem with my apc smart ups SUA 1500VA. It changed to battery use from AC line although the AC line was working just fine. I don't know what happend. I found it like that when i came home. The main problem is that after i shut it down and removed the battery connection cord from the back of the ups in order to disconect it from it's use, the ups made a couple of clicks. After i reconected the battery connection cable to the back of the ups and plugged in the ups to the AC line, I pressed the Power ON button and the unit started for about a second. It flashed all the lights once and after that the ups had gone dead. It doesn't respond to any command. If i remove the battery connection cable and plug it in again it does the same thing. It beeps once and also flashes once after that ... DEAD. Please HELP ... 😞

Thanks.

Your UPS is on a disconnected battery fault. If you do have a spare battery that is compatible with the unit, we can swap it. If you let it run on battery, does it drop the load or do they remain turned on?

Press The Test Button Until It Clicks And All The Lights Flash (this is normal when the unit is not receiving utility power)

Hold The Test Button Until It Makes A Long Beep That Quickly Release The Button

The Unit Should Power Up

Then Check The Circut Breaker Because You Unit Is Not Receaving Power

Hello, again! I dit what u said! If the unit is on battery, when i press the test button and i want to start the unit on battery, i hear a double click in the back of the ups and after that...nothing. I plugged in the power cord and left it for 24 hours to charge. After that I pressed and holded the test button until the ups was on. It showed me the battery full, but after that "the remove battery" led was flashing. That isn't normal, because i just replaced the batteries in the ups. After i replaced them i done a manual calibration of the battery. Thank u anyway.... If other members have any suggestions ...please help.

Are you sure that you have the "remove battery" flashing or is it the bad battery that is flashing? If the bad battery is flashing, it means that the UPS is experiencing a fault that is known as disconnected battery. If you have already replaced the battery and it still shows up, it is an indicator that the fault is already with the unit.

The red light on the replace battery is flashing... The connection beettwen the battery and ups is ok. I checked it. And also i checked the voltage on the batteries..it's all ok. The fuse is functional.
