PM5-IT - LED Surge Protection "flashes"

Purchased PM5-IT, it worked a few months without problems but now the LED Surge Protection flashes / goes off / on again, without anything happening to the electrical system.

Ok if permanently off, but if it flashes in this strange way?

For the manual it is not an option...

I think the best and safest thing to do is if you contact your local customer care team on +39 011 4073333 or using this Contact Form

This product has a lifetime warranty and they will be able to assist you in troubleshooting or replacing it.
