I have 20 ES 650 which are not working. Batteries are OK. Please help how to find fault.

Hi Vasu, can you give us more information

Do they all seem to have the same issue?

How old are the UPSs and the batteries? (The first 4 digits of the serial numbers will give us this information)

Does the Power indicator illuminate when it is plugged in and switched on?

Do you get any audible alarms?

Do you have power to any of the output sockets?
