Ive had my apc battery back up for a year or so now. I had a power outage while I was home. My pc was running on the back up battery and I shut it down. Once I got my power back I tried to turn on my pc, but it is dead. How do I contact apc about my issue? As far as I know my pc should be covered by apc.

Good day Mike,
I believe what you are referring to is our Equipment Protection Policy (EPP), the process is outlined on this URL [How to File an Equipment Protection Policy (EPP) Claim|http://nam-en.apc.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1393/kw/epp]. There is also a knowledgebase article that would help you better understand how should you connect your devices and what other protection you need to have [APC Dataline Surge Suppression|http://nam-en.apc.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1338/kw/epp].
