Would anyone be able to offer some advice.
I have replaced the battery in my old Back-UPS CS 500. New battery has been in for a week now and it still shows as LOWBATT. The voltage is 13.6v, shows as 100% charged with a run time of 0m. I have run apctest and done calibration and updated the battery date. apcaccess returns below. Please help! thanks.

Why does the battery date indicate 2009?!? What does the APC Power Chute software say when connected?!?

Thank you that was the issue. I'm using linux and had already updated the date via apctest. But I entered the wrong date format, was MM/DD/YYYY not DD/MM/YYYY I was expecting.
I have now updated the date and the calibration ran correctly. I now have a full battery with 50m runtime at 10% load. Thank you.
