New apc xs 1300 only puts out 100 volts when disconnected from power supply of 119volts.
Battery is fully charged and shows at least 60 minute duration.
Serial # 4B1329P23746.
Fans slow down when on battery backup. This can't be good for the electronics.
Have tried unit reset as mentioned in another post. Unit unplugged, battery removed, power button held >20 seconds, battery replaced, unit plugged back in to power. No change in output, still 100 volts as tested with multimeter.
Is the voltage output adjustable? Any suggestions?
Thanks
