Just received my new Back UPS 1500. I removed and turned the battery (Green side up) then replaced it. Plugged my devices in then plugged the UPS in. All my devices work fine, but I am getting the Battery Bar Flashing and the chirping. I was able to mute the chirping. Manual says this means the battery is not connected. I have removed and replaced it several times, but there is no change.
Any ideas?

Hi nam,
Depending upon the age of the UPS or the condition of the internal battery, the battery voltage may be below the voltage necessary for battery detection. Although the unit is new to you, it may have been in stock for a period of time or subjected to environments which negatively impacted the internal battery. In either event, the internal battery is covered under the units warranty and as such, I would recommend reaching out to your local Schneider Electric APC Call Center for continued support. This will likely result in an in warranty battery replacement.
