Hi,
I have a SmartUPS 3000 with a AP9619 management card. I am getting all events logged in the log but some events are not emailing. The main one is for
UPS: On battery power in response to an input power problem. [0x0109]
I do not get an email for this event, I do get an email for the cleared event:
UPS: No longer on battery power. [0x010A]
When I am checking the settings in the Web browser under Administration - Notification; I have the correct event in the Address bar:
I have no idea why this isn't working. I get evey other event emailed Please help as this is the event email I really need to get!!!!!!
Many thanks
Simon

Simon,
Had the NMC been sending all the events before? Could you please let us know the Network Management Card firmware version?

Hi,
I have only just installed the card which has an APC OS of v3.6.1, I have not ever had it email the "UPS: On battery power in response to an input power problem. [0x0109]" event ever.
The Application Module Version is v3.5.8
I am using PowerChute Network Shutdown version 2.2.3 to configure the NMC.
The config.ini file entry for the event is:
; UPS: On battery power in response to an input power problem.
E0109=E,E[+-05S+02M-1:::],T[:::::],P[:::]
Thanks for your help

Simon,
Can you e-mail your config.ini to me? I will try to load it here in our NMC and check it.

you can also [reference this article and method|http://nam-en.apc.com/cgi-bin/nam_en.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=8673] to check if the particular events you are or are not getting are configured to get emails.
